  1. Using OnAccount Linker 1.1

  3. Linker 1.1 is a utility that will link OnAccount to White Crow’s Office Manager application, allowing you to instantly launch invoices or view customer accounts from address cards in Office Manager.  When OnAccount is linked, its files are converted to Office Manager format, and OnAccount then runs under the Office Manager application.

  5. CAUTION:  Do not use earlier versions of the Linker utility with OnAccount 1.1 or your OnAccount program may be damaged.  If you have the old Linker application, please throw it away, along with the Linker Data file.  Then dispose of the original Linker floppy disk to prevent accidental use.

  7. Linker 1.1 requires the HyperCard® or HyperCard Player® application (version 2.1 or later).  HyperCard should have been supplied with your Macintosh when you purchased it.  If you can’t find it, call us for a free copy of HyperCard Player.

  10. 1.  Go to the Finder and open your OnAccount folder.
  11.  
  12. 2.  Drag all of the contents of your OnAccount folder into your Office Manager folder.  (Including OnAccount, OM Brain, Linker 1.1 and any OnAcctArch files you might have created.)

  14. 3.  You can throw away your empty OnAccount folder.
  15.  
  16. 4.  Double-click the Linker 1.1 icon.
  17.  
  18. 5.  Click the Link To Office Manager button.
  19.  
  20. 6.  You can throw away Linker 1.1.
  21.
